2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair evaluation of return requests, a continuous 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing item(s)

The video must meet the following conditions:

  • The video must be continuous without any pauses, cuts, or edits.

  • It must clearly show the sealed package before opening.

  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded.

  • The issue (damage, wrong item, or missing product) must be clearly visible in the video.

Return or replacement requests cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Eligibility for Returns

5. Non-Returnable Cases

  • The request is made after the 48-hour return window

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery

6. Refund / Replacement Process
